To create green and smart cities, a planned WasteManagement System (WMS) is vital requirement. With the increase in urbanpopulation service delivery difficulties, cities are integratingtechnologies such as waste bins Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)tags into their day-to-day operations to make solid management andcontrol more effective. Fog computing becoming common insmart utilities it provides benefits like minimal amount of data sent tothe cloud, reduced bandwidth, Low latency. The proposed work focuseson residential customers using collection services. Smart Waste DisposalSystem for sustainable urban life Computing called Bin Bay isproposed optimize with shortest path usingGoogle Map API support from Layer which four major parameters areconsidered namely: distance between truck bin, status bin(what percentage filled), capacity positionof truck. model helps savetime by determining most efficient pickup route disposal.The RFID Reader Scanner help updating fog nodes date, time,and volume trash could be further analyzed keep on-timeservice delivery. Also, predictions on future growth shall determinedby doing in-depth analysis cloud LSTM will intelligentlylearn predict patterns based summary submitted theaggregate node layer since optimized routes lead lessfuel consumption, CO2 emission also greatly reduced.
